TikTok’s new European hub is focused on well-being and collaboration

TikTok’s EMEA Trust & Safety Hub in Ireland is designed as a collaborative, wellbeing-focused workplace. The project achieved high sustainability standards, with LEED Platinum, WELL-Gold enabled status, and compliance with Nearly Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB). This reflects strong performance in energy efficiency, environmental impact, and occupant wellbeing.

PurOptima’s glass wall and door systems help deliver a balance of openness, functionality, and security. Set within a bustling development, the project also contributes to the regeneration of Dublin’s docklands.

Brief & Approach

TikTok needed a collaborative and productive workplace that prioritizes employee well-being. The space needed to support a variety of working styles while fostering connectivity, engagement, and comfort for a growing regional team.

Perkins&Will responded with a flexible, light-filled interior design that balances openness with areas for focus and privacy. The approach emphasizes clarity of space, seamless integration of different work settings, and alignment with the building’s wider sustainability ambitions. Including LEED Platinum, WELL-Gold enabled, and Nearly Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB).

Outcome & Products

The outcome is a bright, modern, environment. Open, light-filled interiors are balanced with meeting and breakout spaces, creating a workplace that feels both dynamic and comfortable.

Together, these elements create a high-performance workplace that meets the demands of a modern, agile workforce while aligning with the overall design vision.
