Eaton Brae homes recently completed the construction of Eaton Way, an exclusive gated development in County Dublin. This beautifully designed development is made up of 14 newly built homes and four luxurious apartments. Situated between the beach and the village of Shankill this modern development also offers panoramic views of the Irish Sea. Our striking glass partitions undoubtedly provide an elegant, industrial addition to the residential development. Along with interior designers Number 10 Design and developer Kilkenny Residential, our partner Walls to Workstations created a collection of contemporary living spaces.

Eaton Brae’s vision was to create an elegant, industrial look throughout the newly refurbished 19th century Victorian Villa. Therefore, Walls to Workstations installed our striking Optima 117 Plus Shoreditch Edition single glazed partitions, creating a sense of visual connectivity throughout. Glass partitions allow natural light to flow through the design, creating a welcoming and open feel to this residential development.
The industrial aesthetic of the design is reinforced with the addition of our Shoreditch bars. Black powder-coated framework is bonded to the glass, therefore maximising the presence of natural light whilst creating a minimalistic industrial style.
Edge Symmetry Shoreditch Edition single glazed doors complete this stylish open plan design, seamlessly connecting the kitchen and living rooms. The double door set can achieve an acoustic value of up to Rw35dB, therefore enriching the acoustic performance throughout each house. Moreover, the dynamic door system allows natural light to flow through the space whilst providing excellent acoustic separation between rooms. The high acoustic performing doors also provide a stylish and rustic solution that compliments the industrial aesthetic perfectly.
Acoustic performance was a key project requirement when creating this contemporary open plan design for Eaton Brae. Furthermore, acoustics play an important role in creating a comfortable living environment and Optima 117 Plus Shoreditch Edition partitions provide impressive acoustic privacy. Achieving up to Rw38dB this single glazed partitioning system undoubtedly offers the ideal sound insulation for the home. As a result, our bespoke glass partitions enhance the sense of openness throughout the design whilst maintaining acoustic privacy.
